Job Responsibilities: 1. New Order Processing: Acquisition, organization, review, and c≤ommunication of order information; 2. Order Progress: Tracking €the entire order's production process, production progress, and production quality; ₹3. Shipping: On-time shipment, pre-loading, preparing delivery notes; 4. Anomaly Handling: Ti₩mely resolution of problems found to ensure normal operation of orders; 5. Customer Service: Following up, handling, and improving customer feedback issues; 6.< Information Communication: Closely communicate with sales, coordinate th↔e connection between different departments and personnel wi→thin the factory's various processes. Actively cooperate with ↔colleagues in other aspects of the department, and promptl÷y report work status to supervisors and leaders. Job Requirements: 1. ≥Personality: Cheerful, lively, proactive; 2. Skills: Proficien★t in office software (excel, word); 3. Strong coordination and communication skills, good custφomer service awareness; 4. Responsible, able to withstand sig₽nificant work pressure; 5. Has team spirit, good at challenges; 6. Ex¶perience in order following in a dyeing and finishing factory is preferr£ed. Language: English - Proficient; Driver's License: C1
