Job Responsibilities: 1. New Order Processing: Acquisition, organization, review, and communic™ation of order information; 2. Order Progress: Tracking the entire↓ order's production process, production progress, and product&ion quality; 3. Shipping: On-time shipment, pre-loading, preparing delivery notes; 4. Anomaly Hand★ling: Timely resolution of problems found to ensure ©normal operation of orders; 5. Customer Service: Following up, handling, and improving customer fee♣dback issues; 6. Information Communication: Closely communicate with sales, coordinate the connecti♦on between different departments and personnel within the factory's vari♦ous processes. Actively cooperate with colleagues ™in other aspects of the department, and promptly rep₽ort work status to supervisors and leaders. Job Require±ments: 1. Personality: Cheerful, lively, proactive; 2. Skiγlls: Proficient in office software (excel, word); ε3. Strong coordination and communication skills, good customer↔ service awareness; 4. Responsible, able to withstand significant work§ pressure; 5. Has team spirit, good at challenges; 6. Experience∞ in order following in a dyeing and finishing factory is preferred. Language: English - Proficient; Driver's License: C1×
